| Futsal is a fun, fast-paced game, typically played indoors within the lines of a basketball court (no walls), using a smaller, low-bounce ball. Teams consist of five players (four outfield players and a goalkeeper) with unlimited substitutions and quick restarts. The game is sanctioned by FIFA and is played in many countries and is an important activity for developing footwork (technique), decision-making abilities (tactics), speed of play (fitness) and concentration (mental) aspects of play.
