What is FUTSAL? Join us for our third season of Futsal (indoor 5 v 5 soccer). Same great program and location... helping to support De Anza College Women's Soccer FUTSAL A fast-paced indoor soccer variation that features a low bounce ball and constant end-to-end action without the assistance of walls. Players aged 6-14 are invited to register for an 8-week program on Sunday afternoons at DeAnza College, Cupertino. "PRACTICE & PLAY" An innovative curriculum allows players to receive professional training and then play a regular refereed Futsal game. This year (January-March 2010), the program is being offered in part as a fund-raiser for: DeAnza College Women's Soccer. The De Anza Women's Soccer program has recently been nationally ranked with back-to-back visits to the State Final Four tournament in 2006 and 2007. In 2008, the Lady Dons won the Coast Conference and reached the Northern California State Final Eight. This year, the team was ranked #10 in Northern California and again participated in the Nor-Cal state playoffs. Click here for more Futsal Information |

| Griffin Soccer to start 12th season with Sunnyvale Alliance Soccer Club Mar 2010: Extensive coaching program Spring 2010 Griffin Soccer will be providing coaching clinics for players and coaches during the Spring season. Player clinics comprise of individual, team and age group sessions; Coach clinics cover technical, tactical and laws of the game. All coaches are welcome to attend any session. NSCAA Premier Diploma & Coaching Staff Sept 2008: Coach Andrew joins NSCAA coaching staff After completing the prestigious National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Premier Diploma at Stanford University, CA., Coach Andrew was invited to join the NSCAA coaching staff as an Associate Coach. The course featured outstanding World Cup and national champion staff, with presentations from coaches from across the country including perennial power houses such as North Carolina, Santa Clara, and Stanford. Inaugural US Soccer Fitness 1 Course Jan 2006: Coach Andrew was selected to participate in the inaugural US Soccer Fitness 1 Course at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA. Candidates received theoretical and practical insights into the conditioning practices for the US National teams. Attendees were also able to watch the US Men's National Team train prior to squad selection for the World Cup. The course concluded with a comprehensive examination of all topics that were covered during the three day seminar. Positive Coaching Alliance National Award Finalist: May 2005: Coach Andrew was named as a Positive Coaching Alliance Double-Goal Coach Award National Finalist. Andrew was selected as one of fifteen national finalists by the PCA in their Double-Goal coaching program. Looking for a Team Camp?
